Truog comments on mammography and rationing

In the November 25 issue of the New England Journal of Medicine, Robert Truog, M.D., Professor of Anethesiology and of Global Health and Social Medicine (Division of Medical Ethics) commented on recently proposed changes in breast cancer screening practices as a window on the issue of not whether but how rationing of health care should be done.
