Leaders of the Young Professionals Chronic Disease Network (YP-CDN) invite you to join their new public community on GHDonline.org. 

They first joined GHDonline in 2009 to host a private space for their members - professionals at various stages in their careers - to collaborate and plan the fight against the global epidemic of non-communicable chronic diseases. Now, their community goes public.
