Invitation to join the new "Young Professionals Chronic Disease Network" Community

Leaders of the Young Professionals Chronic Disease Network (YP-CDN) invite you to join their new public community on GHDonline.org

They first joined GHDonline in 2009 to host a private space for their members - professionals at various stages in their careers - to collaborate and plan the fight against the global epidemic of non-communicable chronic diseases. Now, their community goes public. Rich in more than 400 members from 55 countries, members of YP-CDN await your input as they seek to build a cohesive, diverse, and global community to drive policy, research, and social change for a healthy and equitable future.

June 25-29 Virtual Expert Panels

Please consider joining guest panelists and thousands of members of GHDonline.org in these two virtual panel discussions. You only need to be a member of GHDonline.org (free).

"Community Health Workers and Nurses"

Health care workers in Africa access a broad range of topics using evidence-based online medical information

This is the title of an article published in the current issue of the Global Public Health journal. Clinicians in resource-limited settings have been accessing UpToDate, an evidence-based and peer-reviewed clinical information resource, via the international grant subscription program on GHDonline.org. Applications can be submitted year-round and are reviewed monthly.
