Human Resources for Health Program positions in Rwanda

Harvard Medical School invites applications to openings for an educator and a researcher to participate in the Rwanda Human Resources for Health Program. Both would be appointed as instructors in the Department of Global Health and Social Medicine and would be deployed to Rwanda for a year.

The Rwanda HRH Program seeks to increase the quality and quantity of health professionals in Rwanda by improving collaboration between a consortium of US academic institutions (including Harvard Medical School) and the Government of Rwanda. The US academic institutions are making a commitment that is unprecedented in global health: they are supplying full-time medical, nursing, health management, and dentistry faculty to collaborate on all aspects of Rwandan health professionals’ education.< br />

The Dr. Mario Pagenel Fellowship in Global Mental Health Delivery
