Over the past decade, Rebecca has led research regarding implementation bottlenecks and positive exemplars in health delivery. In 2008, she launched the Cases in Global Health Delivery, a collection of 45+ case studies with Harvard Business Publishing. The cases are taught at 1000+ schools of medicine, public health, and business. Rebecca co-leads the Global Health Delivery Intensive program, a program jointly offered by Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health and Harvard Medical School. The program has trained practitioners, researchers, managers, and implementers from over 30 countries in management skills critical to improving effective and equitable health delivery.
