Sourav Das

Sourav completed his Master's in Economic Behavior and Governance at the University of Kassel, Germany, where he is currently pursuing his Ph.D. He is in the final stages of his doctoral research, with an anticipated completion date in June 2025.

Sourav's primary research interests include Mental Health, Development Economics, and Public Economics. His current research focuses on the intersection of mental health and social media, as well as developing policies to provide scalable mental health services in developing countries. Since April 2022, Sourav has been employed as a Research Associate at the University of Kassel. Prior to this, he worked as a Research Assistant at the German Institute of Development and Sustainability (IDOS) in Bonn, Germany.
